Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with deep hands-on experience in Python programming and AWS services. The role involves leading solution design, developing scalable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud-ready delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Lead solution design and develop clean efficient and scalable code for backend and automation tasks.
• Oversee development of Python AWS services, API services and API testing using Bruno.
• Architect and deploy applications on AWS using S3, Lambda, Dynamo DB, Storage Gateway, SNS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for builds using Code Pipeline / Code Build, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.
• Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues and bugs across the application stack.
• Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for codebases, APIs, and system architecture.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and drive engineering standards for performance and maintainability.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Python programming experience including experience with various frameworks and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy and others.
• AWS: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Storage Gateway and SNS.
• Strong experience in API development and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk and Bruno for API testing.
• Proven ability to design, build, and optimize backend applications in AWS environments.
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks (pytest).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to lead and coach engineers, promote best practices, and standardize front-end engineering processes.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Experience influencing architectural decisions and navigating complex technical environments.
Preferred:
• Experience with UI development using React.js.
• Knowledge of BFSI/Capital Markets domain is a plus.
