Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium for web and API testing.
  • Automate end-to-end test scenarios for E-Commerce applications including shopping carts, checkout flows, payment gateways, and order management.
  • Perform API testing for microservices using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools.
  • Validate micro services interactions, data consistency, and API contracts in distributed systems.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and implement test automation solutions.
  • Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, or similar tools.
  • Develop data-driven, keyword-driven, and BDD-style test scripts using TestNG or Cucumber.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong programming experience in Java for test automation.
  • Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, and automation framework development.
  • Hands-on experience with API automation (REST/JSON/XML) and microservices testing.
  • Understanding of E-Commerce domain workflows and transaction flows.
