Job Title: Remote QA Specialist (USA ONLY)
Pay: $24/hr. weekly pay/ full time
Paid Training!
Must be flexible to work an 8hour shift between the hours of operation. M-F(Occasional Saturday)
***Must be located in the US for consideration***
What You’ll Do
- Monitor interactions across calls, chats, emails, and cases
- Score quality and document adherence to standards
- Provide coaching and feedback in 1:1 sessions
- Identify issues in processes, training, or systems
- Support calibrations and assist with special projects
- Complete certification as part of onboarding
Requirements
- Must have 2 years of RECENT call center experience (inbound/outbound)
- Coaching or training experience
- QA/call monitoring familiarity preferred
- MS Office, Verint, Five9
- Fully remote
