Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights that improve product quality, operational performance, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Python, and statistical analysis, with experience working in the automotive engineering industry. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, identify trends, support root cause analysis, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to product quality and customer experience.
• Support the identification of emerging issues and perform root cause analysis using data modeling and analytical techniques.
• Develop and implement analytical methodologies to improve product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Analyze operational, customer, service, manufacturing, and warranty data to generate actionable business insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Ensure dashboard accuracy, data integrity, and proper functionality of scripts, links, and visualizations.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Utilize Python and statistical techniques to perform advanced analytics and data analysis.
