An entertainment organization in New York City is actively seeking a new Senior Python Developer based in the EST time zone to modernize a Slack-based platform.
Responsibilities:

  • Upgrading and refactoring legacy systems
  • Modernizing a Slack-based application for network self-service
  • Enhancing application performance and reliability
  • Collaborating with teams for system integrations
  • Contributing to the platform's long-range evolution into an AI-driven system
  • Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of production experience with Python
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficiency with Slack SDK/Bolt
  • Strong Unix expertise
