Top Three Skills:
1.) Experience writing/creating scripts in Ant/Python/Bash/Shell. Example: Automate Jenkins backbone to integrate with all different servers, F5 Load Balancers, ITSM, etc. (70% of the time is spent doing this).
2.) Experience with setting up, deployment, and troubleshooting Jenkins CICD.
3.) Experience implementing Docker containers.
Job Description:
DevOps Engineer for a long term contract assignment with the potential to convert FTE. 70% of the role will be focused writing/creating scripts using Ant, Python, Bash, and/or Shell languages to automate tasks. 30% of the role is providing operational support to the DevOps platform. This person will be working closely with the Middleware team on projects such as the roll out of MuleSoft and in quarter 2 implementing Ansible configuration management tool.
Work Environment:
Business Causal. Flexible with some remote capabilities for family situations. Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. Very collaborative and team oriented environment.
