SR. INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Translate NPI development requirements into manufacturing targets (cost, cycle time, quality)
  • Create new innovative systems and processes to satisfy business needs
  • Coordinate manufacturing execution software (MES) projects with IT development team
  • Monitor, analyze, report and continuously improve work center KPIs
  • Lead factory yield root cause and corrective action efforts
  • Use quality methods to monitor and maintain process controls
  • Develop, route, and maintain controlled documents (work instructions, procedures, certifications)
  • Support development and management of prototype supply chain, materials, and consumables
  • Direct and develop factory training- Process and documentation
  • Maintain operations metrics and work center KPIs
  • Drive operations process reviews and cross functional collaboration

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BS degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering or similar discipline required
    Electrical/Electronics/Management/Software Engineering will be considered
  • 5+ years relevant work experience required.
  • Ideal candidate is a driven, self-starter with:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work as both a team member and individual contributor
    • Flexibility to simultaneously manage various projects with differing scopes
    • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of LEAN philosophy, problem solving tools (8D, 8Step, A3)
    • Advanced Excel/VBA knowledge
    • (Preferred) Experience with data analytics: Python, SQL, Tableau, Spotfire
    • Work experience in a manufacturing environment
