Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect to support Seacoast Bank's technology initiatives, particularly around M&A-related data integration. This role requires deep expertise in SQL, Python, and Talend, and experience working with financial data sets and core banking platforms such as FIS IBS.

Position: Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements

  • Analyze M&A-related data sets (Customer, Loans, Deposits)

  • Map data to FIS Core Banking systems (IBS preferred)

  • Build and maintain Talend-based ETL pipelines

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Optimize data performance, scalability, and security

Requirement Qualifications:

  • X+ years as a Data Architect

  • X+ years in SQL, Python, and Talend

  • Experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry (mandatory)
