Location: One day a week onsite in either Irving, Texas or Chicago, IL or Danbury, CT (Hybrid)

Contract: 6 months contract to hire but it can go up to 2 year contract

Must have: Python development and AWS

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python, AWS
  • Good at writing clean, modular, readable, and testable Python & AWS code
  • AWS serverless backend developer in TypeScript and Python.
  • Has used the CDK or Serverless Framework.
  • Experience with the following services: lambda, s3, DynamoDB, event bridge (bus), SNS, SQS, APIGW.
  • At least 2-3 years of AWS serverless experience.
  • Expertise in writing unit tests using frameworks such as PyTest or equivalent
