Title: Sr Python Developer
Location: Memphis, TN
Terms: Contract
Need only USC/GC/H1B
Job Details:
Python, R, Java, Scala, ElasticSeaarch, Spark, Storm.
8-10 years of experience in application development with solid experience programming in Python and knowledge of R and Scala is expected.
Job Description :
Responsible for coding customized analytical models having a medium to high degree of complexity.
Must be able to utilize best programming practices and follow guidance of lead analytics developer when writing code.
Responsibilities may include:
Performing the code development of complex analytic algorithms and paradigms, deliver modular applications.
Must be able to follow guidance to perform the unit testing of modules.
Must be prepared to integrate the algorithms into a Big Data framework using Spark and/or Storm and write interfaces in Scala.
Must be able to interface well with analytics team in order to ensure the correct functionality for the algorithms. A strong interest in data analytics is desired.
Requires strong communication skills.
Knowledge of Elastic search is desired and ability to construct GUI interfaces is also desired.
