Location - Richardson, TX
Title - Application support
Experience: 4 - 8 years
JD:
  • Base Skills : Python Script
  • Scripting Skills (Preferred) : Python/Shell/perl scripting
  • Strong knowledge and hands on experience on shell scripting language
  • Support python application deployed on RHEL environment
  • Capable of performing installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning.
  • Hands on experience of system management, system setup and managing Linux servers as well as configuring them
  • Strong hands on experience on RH HA cluster with pacemaker and corosync
  • Able to do manual failover of cluster from one node to another
  • Work on proactive & re-active problem management. Provide RCA
  • Apply patches to the OS / applications or upgrade the applications as and when required
  • Good to have knowledge on openStack platform
  • Extend technical support to Clients over email and phone.
  • Good communication written and verbal.
  • Should be flexible to work 24X7
