Job Description
  • Rresponsible for custom development utilizing Python supporting the end customer for a variety of unique tasks.
  • Your primary focus will be the development of logic both server and client side, to solve problems and create one-off tools.
  • You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements into an application; understanding of front-end,backend and middleware technologies is necessary. 
Qualifications
  • Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework.
  • Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system (SQL and NO-SQL)
  • Proficient in Windows and Linux environments
  • Good understanding of server-side templating languages
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  • Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
  • Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
  • Unit test and debugging skills
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Subversion/GIT
  • Familiarity with ELK stack
  • Familiarity with running python in various virtual machine architectures
  • 4 year degree, 3+ years experience
