We're recognized as a category leader in sales intelligence and data quality management software by G2, named a Top 10 Fastest Growing Technology Company in Deloitte's Fast 50 Awards three years running, and awarded the 2020 MarTech Breakthrough Award for Best CRM Innovation.

Job Summary

As a Product Solutions Engineer, you are the hands-on technical builder who transforms Introhive's data and integration capabilities into scalable, repeatable customer value. You don't just configure; you engineer frameworks, automations, and technical assets that make ROI measurable, fast, and replicable across clients.

Reporting into the Professional Services organization, you serve as the bridge between technical delivery and productization, helping convert custom, one-off deployments into standardized, self-serve solutions. You'll collaborate with Client Solution Architects and Product teams to engineer tools, templates, and automated dashboards that accelerate customer onboarding, drive adoption, and showcase Introhive's product impact.

Location
Remote within Canada.

Responsibilities

As our Product Solutions Engineer, you are the technical bridge between "custom delivery" and "productized value." You won't just build dashboards; you will build the automated systems that prove Introhive's ROI to the world's largest enterprise accounts. Your goal is to move the needle from manual, high-touch configuration to a scalable, repeatable "Value Engine" that supports both the technical sale (Pre-Sales) and long-term client expansion (Post-Sales).

The core focus of this role first and foremost is to be the technical builder who can reliably execute integrations, configuration, and delivery of the end to end value metrics, dashboards, reports and other technical outputs needed to prove Introhive product value quickly and consistently. You will be using your data engineering and data analytical skills as the key supporting capabilities.

  • Partner with the Client Solution Architect, Product Managers, Product Support and Technology Services to build and automate the first five "Success Dashboards" for new enterprise clients, ensuring technical ROI is visible within 180 days.
  • Engineer repeatable frameworks (Python, SQL, APIs) to automate data ingestion, transformation, and visualization workflows across clients.
  • Serve as the technical owner for customer-facing implementations, proofs of concept (POCs), and value demonstrations, configuring integrations, data pipelines, and dashboards that validate Introhive product value.
  • Identify manual bottlenecks in the current deployment process and work directly with core Product/Engineering teams to "bake" those solutions into the self-serve product UI.
  • Build standardized health-check reports and automated acceptance criteria to triage and resolve data quality issues before the client notices them.
  • Drive high-complexity technical projects from the 90% "draft" phase to 100% "production-ready" status within 60-day sprints.
  • Analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify and define opportunities to improve data quality and quantity. Prepare detailed analysis and present recommendations for improvement to team members and management and work with leadership to help prioritize data improvement initiatives.
  • Triage incoming data investigations using standardized procedures, investigate issues and develop acceptance criteria for fixes and evolve data quality reports with standardized health metrics.
  • Create a library of repeatable builds, templates, and step-by-step guides to teach the organization what success looks like, improving overall delivery speed.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong engineering foundation with proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integration
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
  • Practical experience with APIs, data mapping, and connecting enterprise software platforms
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail and a finisher mindset with the urgency to move technical projects from 90% to 100% completion within 60 to 90 days
  • Proven track record delivering customer-facing technical solutions, from discovery through deployment, and communicating technical details clearly to both engineers and business users
  • Ability to work closely with Solutions Architects, Product teams, and clients alike
  • Experience manipulating large data sets through statistical software or other methods
  • Highly organized with the ability to plan work independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced, demanding environment to meet deadlines
  • Able to relate and communicate effectively to stakeholders as well as software developers, data engineers, and data scientists
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience

  • 3+ years in a forward-deployed engineering solutions engineering, or implementation engineering role in SaaS or data-heavy environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Experience working in agile development and cross-functional teams delivering customer-facing technical products or integrations
