✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ 8–20 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Applied AI, and Production AI Systems

✔ Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure AI Foundry (Must-Have)

✔ Expertise in Machine Learning Engineering, Production ML Deployment, and end-to-end AI solution development

✔ Experience building LLM-powered RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI systems

✔ Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML application development

✔ Hands-on experience with FastAPI, MLflow, model serving frameworks, and API development

✔ Experience with Vector Databases, Embeddings, and semantic search architectures

✔ Strong knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks

✔ Experience implementing CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-based AI deployments
