DAY IN THE LIFE: As an AI & BI Engineer, you will help transform how VSS Group accesses, analyzes, and acts on data across the business. This is an AI-forward role focused on architecting and operationalizing a natural language analytics layer on top of the company’s ERP platform, including Odoo. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, or similar AI/automation tools strongly preferred
  • Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agent solutions using tools such as Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks preferred
  • Experience with Python, APIs, SharePoint, Microsoft O365, sFTP, webservers, or data integration platforms preferred
  • Ability to map ERP data structures, including financial, inventory, sales, manufacturing, GL, AP/AR, and order data, into BI-ready models
  • Strong automation mindset with a desire to eliminate repetitive manual work through AI agents, scripting, RPA, or workflow automation
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to data quality, accuracy, and governance
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
  • Desire to be part of a growing and evolving culture with a strong bias toward adding value and improving existing processes
