Job Summary

Are you eager to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting and gain hands-on experience in data engineering? Join our Enterprise Data Platform team, where you'll help manage and optimize data pipelines and cloud infrastructure critical to our organization's success.

As a Data Engineering intern, you will:

  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to enhance reporting capabilities and integrate ServiceNow with various database platforms.

What you will do:

  • Work with the team to build data processing pipelines using Python / PySpark.

  • Look into current processes with the objective of optimizing the current practices and documenting the findings.

  • Build automated process related to user request provisioning using ServiceNow integrated with different components of the platform.

  • Develop CI & CD pipelines through Azure DevOps

What you will bring:

  • Pursuing a diploma or degree in computer science, computer engineer bachelor's degree program or equivalent work experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to take end-to-end ownership

  • Knowledge of software development design patterns and modern development tools like git, CI/CD, unit testing

  • Experience with or Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Snowflake.

  • Knowledge in python / PySpark frameworks.
