Onsite – Addison, IL
$18–$20/hr | Full‑time | 10–12 weeks

We’re looking for a hands‑on intern who can help our team build practical AI and automation tools that save time across the company. You’ll work onsite at our Addison headquarters and support real projects from day one.

What You’ll Work On

Automation (Zapier / Power Automate / Make)

  • Build and improve workflows that eliminate manual steps
  • Create simple connectors, triggers, and templates we can reuse

AI Assistants (GPT-based tools)

  • Build lightweight internal “assistants” for drafting, summarizing, and lookups
  • Package each tool with basic documentation and a quick-start guide

Knowledge Search (RAG-lite)

  • Help index a small set of internal SOPs/FAQs
  • Support a pilot inside one department with usage and time‑saved metrics

This role is scoped to be productive without adding management overhead. You’ll get direction, structure, and clear projects to ship each week.
