Job description

Position: Software Test Co-op/Intern

Number of Position(s): 2

Duration: 4 Months+  

Date:  - (Fall Term Sept 8th - Dec 18th, 2026)

Location: In office at 600 March Rd. Ottawa, Canada.

EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Currently a candidate for a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc., or a related field with an accredited school in Canada

  • Experience with software design and concepts, exposure to various programming languages like JavaScript and Python
  • Ability to produce high-quality test strategies, test plans, and test cases. 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) required
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment 

As part of our team, you will:

  • Design and automate test cases for our different customer use cases in a JavaScript-based programmable environment
  • Work closely with the design team and raise defects
  • Validation of defects when fixes are available
  • Work with new products and technologies which will be managed by our management portfolio, including advancements to Service Routing
