Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced SAP Site Reliability Engineer to lead critical integrations while applying SRE principles. This role requires deep technical expertise and operational excellence to ensure high availability and reliability of integration platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain high system availability and performance, troubleshooting production issues, and Managing Incident and Change Management (RCA).
• Reduce "toil" by writing scripts (Python, Go, Bash) and developing tools for monitoring, testing, and automating system refreshes and patching.
• Lead administration of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), including Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), and Edge Integration Cell.
• Coordinate security validation, Hacker Simulations, and ensure secure deliveries according to SAP standards.
• Lead support specialists, define SLIs/SLOs, and collaborate with development teams to implement improvements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or SAP Basis/Technical roles
• Ability to own, operate, and scale mission-critical integrations
• Deep technical expertise in operational excellence
• Ability to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of integration platforms
• Experience in troubleshooting production issues
• Experience in Managing Incident and Change Management (RCA)
• Ability to write scripts (Python, Go, Bash)
• Experience in developing tools for monitoring, testing, and automating system refreshes and patching
