As a Head of Product Growth, you’ll drive Hostinger’s unified client experience roadmap from activation and engagement to retention and monetization, shaping the experience of millions of users worldwide. You’ll work alongside engineering managers, developers, lifecycle specialists, and designers to build exceptional products that users love.

As a key leader within the Product organization, you’ll take full ownership of product growth and retention strategies across the entire user lifecycle. Your work will directly impact how users discover, experience, and stay with Hostinger, ensuring they find long-term value and success in everything we create.

Your day-to-day
  • Unify the Product Ecosystem: Eliminate friction within our product suite by reimagining connections between services, turning potential drop‑off points into opportunities for cross‑product discovery and adoption.
  • Master the Full Customer Journey: Define, execute, and continuously evolve our roadmap across the entire customer experience, focused on activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Architect the Retention Engine: Analyze and improve the customer funnel from the first purchase to the off‑boarding to increase customer experience and LTV.
  • Drive Data‑Informed Decisions: Establish a culture where every growth initiative is backed by robust experimentation, with clear success metrics that directly tie to business outcomes.
  • Orchestrate Cross‑Functional Execution: Synchronize efforts across product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to rapidly test, learn, and scale growth initiatives that might take competitors months to implement.
  • Lead an Elite Retention Team: Build and mentor a world‑class team of specialists who combine analytical rigor with creative problem‑solving to consistently outperform retention benchmarks.
  • Design High‑Impact Experiments: Create bold tests that challenge conventional wisdom about user behavior and uncover breakthrough opportunities for sustainable growth.
Your skills and experience
  • Proven track record at a high‑scale B2C SaaS product.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record of translating complex data into impactful business decisions.
  • Ownership of retention KPIs and lifecycle programs; experience shaping onboarding, activation, offboarding, and flows that drive long‑term engagement.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams, including product, lifecycle, and development. Ability to bridge execution with strategy.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with analyzing funnels, fluency in metrics like activation rate, LTV, churn cohorts, centricity on user experience.
  • Have a technical background and/or hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
