Full Stack Developer (Python, Flask, gUnicorn)

Location: Round Lake, IL Duration: 9 Months

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team at Baxter Healthcare. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for creating the pipelines and endpoints that expose data to the enterprise. This position requires a strong background in Python, SQL, Unix, Docker, and RESTful services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Unix to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Work with Docker to containerize data pipelines and ensure scalability and portability.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful services to provide secure and efficient data access to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and integrate data analytics into business operations.
  • Ensure data privacy and security by implementing appropriate controls and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in endpoint development or data engineering.
  • Strong background in Python, Flask, gUnicorn, SQL, and Unix.
  • Experience with Redis, Docker, and RESTful services is highly desirable.
  • Experience with UI/UX, Javascript, Node.js or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud computing platform.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and security principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified in AWS.
