The International Trading team operates across global markets, managing borrower relationships and optimizing collateral and balance sheet usage in a multi-regional environment.
We are seeking a driven and analytical Assistant Vice President to join our International Trading team in Boston.
This role is suited to an individual who is looking to build on strong foundational trading experience and take the next step in ownership and responsibility. You will play a key role in day-to-day trading activity while continuing to deepen your expertise across securities lending products, global markets, and trading strategies.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an ownership mindset, strong intellectual curiosity, analytical capability, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
Execute securities lending transactions across international equitymarkets
Analyze supply/demand dynamics, collateral considerations, and funding impacts to optimize trade outcomes
Support management of trading books, including inventory utilization, pricing, and lifecycle events
Analyze data to identify trading opportunities and enhance execution strategies
Develop or enhance analytical tools using Python, SQL,and artificial intelligence (AI) tools
Identify opportunities to improve trading efficiency, automation, and scalability
Build relationships with counterparties and internal stakeholders
Partner with ALM, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Technology teams
Identify and escalate risks appropriately to minimize potential losses
Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Acts as a key day-to-day contributor across trading activity and client interactions
Demonstrates strong understanding of financial resource and collateral management
Effectively evaluates trade value across supply, demand, term, and funding considerations
Takes ownership of initiatives and delivers results with limited oversight
Continues to develop subject matter expertise across products and markets
2-3years of relevant experience within securities finance, trading, or financial markets
Strong understanding of financial markets; securities lending experience preferred
Experience with analytical or programming tools such asDatabricks,Python, SQL, QlikView, or VBA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, STEM, or related discipline

Salary Range:
$135,000 - $135,000 Annual
