Relevant de la Finance Senior Manager, Process & Digitalization, ce role joue un role cle dans le renforcement des systemes et des capacites analytiques de la fonction Finance.

Vous serez responsable de Tagetik pour le Canada et contribuerez a la stabilite des cycles financiers, a l'amelioration des flux de donnees et au developpement de solutions evolutives et orientees donnees pour l'equipe Finance.

Vous travaillerez en etroite collaboration avec les equipes Finance, Transformation, IT et Data/Tech afin de livrer des solutions robustes, fiables et alignees aux besoins d'affaires.

Responsabilites

  • Soutenir la continuite et la fiabilite des cycles financiers, incluant la cloture mensuelle et les cycles de rolling forecast, en assurant une resolution rapide des enjeux, un alignement des structures et une performance systeme stable.
  • Contribuer a l'evolution de Tagetik en ameliorant les structures, workflows et en soutenant les tests utilisateurs, la documentation et la formation.
  • Developper des solutions analytiques a l'aide de Power BI et d'outils connexes afin de soutenir le reporting, les analyses et la prise de decision.
  • Mettre en place et ameliorer des flux de donnees et des automatisations a l'aide de Power Query, Power Automate et Dataflows afin d'augmenter l'efficacite et de reduire les taches manuelles.

About You
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'experience en BI, systemes Finance, automatisation ou role similaire.
  • Solides bases techniques en Power BI, SQL et Power Query.
  • Experience avec des donnees Finance ou business.
  • Experience dans le developpement de solutions analytiques.
  • Experience avec des systemes Finance d'entreprise (Tagetik est un atout et peut etre appris en poste).
  • Experience avec des outils d'automatisation.

Short Intro and About the Job

This role reports to the Finance Senior Manager, Process & Digitalization and is part of the Finance function.

You will play a key role in strengthening Finance systems and analytical capabilities by overseeing Tagetik for Canada and supporting the evolution of data, processes and tools. You will contribute to financial cycle stability, improve data flows, and support the development of datadriven and scalable solutions for the Finance team.

You will work closely with Finance, Transformation, IT and Data/Tech stakeholders to deliver robust, reliable and businessaligned solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the continuity and reliability of financial cycles, including month-end close and rolling forecast, by ensuring timely issue resolution, structural alignment and stable system performance.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Tagetik by improving structures, workflows and supporting UAT, documentation and user training.
  • Develop analytical solutions using Power BI and related tools to support reporting, analysis and decision-making within Finance.
  • Build and improve data flows and automation using Power Query, Power Automate and Dataflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Contribute to data-driven transformation initiatives by improving ways of working, simplifying processes and enhancing the use of data within Finance.
  • Work with Finance, Transformation, IT and Data/Tech teams to ensure consistency and quality of data, tools and processes.
About You
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in BI, finance systems, automation or similar roles.
  • Strong technical foundation in Power BI, SQL and Power Query.
  • Experience working with Finance or business data.
  • Experience building analytical solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise Finance systems (Tagetik is an asset but can be learned on the job).
  • Exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate.
  • Ability to support users and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Organized, curious and solution-oriented.
Assets
  • Experience with EPM platforms such as Tagetik, OneStream, Anaplan, Adaptive or Hyperion.
  • Knowledge of Python or RPA tools.
  • Interest in AI / Copilot use cases.
  • Bilingual French and English.

The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000.00 to $110,000.00 CAD. The final salary offered will be determined by factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity and external market conditions.
