Position Description:We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building enterprise AI and GenAI solutions using the Microsoft technology stack. The candidate should be able to design, develop, integrate, and deploy AI applications, RAG solutions, copilots, AI agents, and automation workflows using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Python, FastAPI, and related Microsoft services.Ideal Candidate should have hands-on senior AI engineer who can build production-ready AI solutions using Python,FastAPI, Azure AI services, and the broader Microsoft stack. The candidate should be able to work with business teams and deliver scalable, secure, and practical enterprise AI applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build AI/GenAI applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, and Microsoft cloud services.
  • Develop RAG pipelines using enterprise data, embeddings, vector search, semantic search, and grounding techniques.
  • Build AI agents, custom copilots, and workflow-based assistants for enterprise use cases.
  • Develop backend APIs and microservices using Python, FastAPI, .NET, C#, or Node.js.
  • Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Dynamics,Microsoft Graph, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Implement document processing, summarization, classification, search, and intelligent automation workflows.
  • Ensure security, access control, logging, monitoring, responsible AI practices, and production readiness.
  • Work closely with business users, architects, product teams, and delivery teams to convert requirements into scalable AI solutions
Preferred Skills:
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Graph, and Teams integration.
  • Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Document Intelligence, OCR, contract review, invoice processing, or enterprise search experience.
  • Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform experience.
  • Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, observability, and model evaluation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Azure cloud services.
  • Hands-on experience building GenAI applications, RAG solutions, chatbots, copilots, or AI agents.
  • Strong programming experience in Python and FastAPI.
  • Experience with .NET, C#, or Node.js is preferred.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, API Management, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage, and Key Vault.
  • Good understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, semantic search, hybrid search, and model grounding.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, databases, and document repositories.
  • Strong understanding of security, identity, role-based access, DevOps, and enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.
