Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python application development, cloud-native architecture, and modern application development platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, deployment, and support of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications while mentoring engineering teams and driving engineering best practices.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of software application development experience with at least 3+ years in a Technical Lead role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Python application development.
  • Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software engineering principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency with Git and source code management.
  • Experience designing and developing REST APIs, Microservices, and event-driven applications.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cloud SQL.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring, or OpenTelemetry.

  • Drive Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical design discussions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, reliability, and system performance.
