Job description

Position: Copilot Developer/SME (M365 / Copilot Studio)
Location: Schaumburg , IL
Duration: 12+ Months
Rate: $DOE
No H1B, CPT, OPT and No 3rd pary C2C only if own corp or W2
Responsibilities:

  • Develop copilots in M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
  • Connect to knowledge sources and APIs.
  • Able to build agents using copilot
  • Strong knowledge in Prompt Engineering
  • Commendable knowledge in GenAI Technologies
  • Integrate copilots with Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other M365 apps.
  • Extend functionality using Power Platform workflows and Python snippets.
  • Work with conversation designers and business analysts to turn requirements into Copilot flows.
  • Participate in orchestration discussions to align copilots into larger processes.
  • Test, debug, and support copilots during deployment.

Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with APIs and knowledge source integration.
  • Python scripting ability.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering concepts.
  • Experience in enterprise environments (permissions, governance, compliance).
