What you'll do:

  • Design, develop, and deploy innovative Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Python and modern AI engineering frameworks.
  • Build intelligent applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Create autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool utilization, decision-making, and multi-step workflow execution.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, cloud services, and business applications.
  • Develop, test, deploy, and monitor scalable, secure, and production-ready AI/ML applications.
  • Optimize models, prompts, and AI agents to improve accuracy, performance, latency, reliability, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver AI-driven business outcomes.
  • Establish and apply best practices for AI development, including governance, observability, security, compliance, and Responsible AI principles.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to accelerate enterprise adoption and business value realization.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the advancement of AI engineering standards, methodologies, and technical excellence.

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years software Engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices for enterprise application development.
  • Hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering techniques.
  • Expertise with Agentic AI frameworks, including experience building autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and execute tasks.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangChain.js, and other AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, embedding models, and semantic search.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data sources, APIs, and systems.
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and tool-enabled AI architectures.
  • Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, AskDev.
  • Working knowledge of Node.js for AI application development.
  • Experience with data preparation, data categorization, and establishing data sources for AI applications.
  • Familiarity with AutoML, AI model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience leveraging Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms to integrate AI capabilities into business processes.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native application development, software architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
