Title: Python developer
Location: Hybrid in Iselin, NJ (3 days onsite)
They now need Pyspark experience but the Agentic AI is not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Python-based applications and services supporting financial-crimes initiatives.
  • Design, build, and integrate APIs for data ingestion, system interoperability, and workflow automation.
  • Work extensively with RDS and relational data structures to support analytical and operational use cases.
  • Write complex SQL queries and interact with large datasets to support data processing and analysis.
  • Apply Agentic AI methodologies-including Agents, LLMs, ARQs, MCP, and related frameworks-to enhance system intelligence and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions, best practices, and modernization efforts within the technology organization.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer or in a similar software engineering role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with RDS and relational database technologies.
  • Proven experience designing, consuming, and integrating APIs.
