Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Ignition Gold Certification
Hands on experience in architecting and Designing control/ Ignition SCADA systems including databases and database interfaces, Tag Providers, Ignition Edge/ Enterprise and ignition foundation drivers.
Python Scripting Knowledge and expertise for ignition
Knowledge of Plant and machine KPIs and visualization of same in Ignition
Clear understanding of various ignition architectures to suggest right fit solution
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands on experience in multiple PLC and IT OT integration technologies
Experience in PLC integration and design

Roles & Responsibilities:
Site Survey to assess Site data integration readiness to integrate with Ignition and propose integration approach for connecting machines with ignition
Understanding project requirements in order to architect Ignition by using necessary ignition or ignition authorized 3rd party modules for use in manufacturing space.
Designing control/SCADA systems including databases and database interfaces, data analytics & reporting, scripting (VB, python, etc.) and general programming.
Interacting with client for the requirement analysis, enhancement and support required.
Working with offshore Engineering team and leading the project
