Hybrid - 3 Days work from office

Major Skills - Hands on Python Development, GEN AI Tools, Experience with LangChain and LLM, MCP (Model Context Protocol).
We are seeking two GenAI Developers to join our AI Tools team, focused on building advanced integrations and connectors across leading Generative AI platforms. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in Python, MCP-based systems, and working with large language models in multi-agent environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop GenAI-powered integrations and connectors for enterprise use cases.
  • Build and enhance platform-specific connectors for tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI.
  • Implement and manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent-based communication patterns.
  • Work with LLMs, agent-to-agent protocols, and orchestration frameworks to enable intelligent workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with the AI Tools team to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and governance standards.
