- Must know how to operate kitchen testing

Senior DevOps engineer to serve as the lead on the team. You could be taking requirements for cookbooks/ code in python and they expect you to question the requirements and make suggestions based on best practices and ideas, estimate how long it will take and deliver on time, think like a developer and devops engineer. They expect someone to deliver on the minimum expectation and then build from there.
The environment is 80% Windows and 20% Linux so candidates must be comfortable with both. They don't have to be experts but know how to function in Windows and in Unix, how to install with Chef, how to CC directories, how to path, etc.
