Location: Santa Clara, CA (100% Onsite – Local Candidates Only)

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Jira/Confluence System Developer to support, optimize, and enhance enterprise Atlassian environments while contributing to internal software development and system integrations. This role is fully onsite in Santa Clara, CA and requires local candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable internal software applications.

  • Lead technical design and implementation for system enhancements and integrations.

  • Support and optimize Jira & Confluence Data Center, including configurations, migrations, and plugin management.

  • Integrate corporate tools across on-prem, AWS, and SaaS platforms for provisioning, automation, and reporting.

  • Implement AI-driven improvements for workflow automation, NLP, and process optimization.

  • Troubleshoot user issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks; deliver long-term scalable solutions.

  • Develop scripts and automations using Groovy, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.

  • Maintain technical documentation, configuration runbooks, and user training materials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
