Implementation-Participate in implementation of software application and its integration with other systems to ensure stability.
Maintain Documentation-Prepare detailed reports and documentation on project specifications, activities, and status, while presenting information using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear, well-structured code.

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer (QE) - Testing professional with strong expertise in Selenium-based test automation, Python scripting, ETL/Data Warehouse testing, and database validation. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience working in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably within Banking and Financial Services, and be capable of validating complex data pipelines, applications, and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Python.
• Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate ETL processes, data transformations, and data migration activities across multiple systems.
• Perform Data Warehouse testing to ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing using Oracle databases.
• Analyze source-to-target mappings and validate business rules implemented within ETL workflows.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and data engineers to identify and resolve defects.
• Perform batch process validation and backend testing in Unix/Linux environments.
• Validate large data sets using Hive and data processing platforms.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, test execution reports, and defect metrics.
• Support release validation activities and production deployment testing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in Selenium Testing.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and test framework development.
• Experience in ETL Testing and Data Warehouse Testing.
• Strong SQL expertise with hands-on experience in Oracle Database.
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with Hive for data validation and querying.
• Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Good-to-Have Skills
• Knowledge of PySpark and large-scale data processing.
• Exposure to Playwright automation framework.
• Experience with PyCharm and IntelliJ IDEA development environments.
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
