Job Description

Teledyne LeCroy is a leading manufacturer of advanced oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and other test instruments that help engineers verify performance, validate compliance, and debug complex electronic systems quickly and thoroughly. We operate in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment filled with engineers and scientists who are passionate about solving real-world challenges.

We are seeking a Product Marketing Engineer to support - and over time, help guide - our Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR) and Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG) product lines. These product families play a critical role in Teledyne LeCroy's broader portfolio of physicallayer signal integrity and highspeed serial data test solutions. This position is ideal for a technically strong candidate who is interested in growing toward a future Product Manager role.

As a Product Marketing Engineer, you will collaborate with Product Managers to support product definition, positioning, and lifecycle activities. You'll partner closely with engineering, sales, and customers to assist in gathering product requirements, support development teams during engineering cycles, and drive the successful introduction of new products. This is a highly technical, hands-on role with regular customer interaction and a strong focus on new product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop technical proficiency in TDR and AWG product lines
  • Build a deep understanding of customer use cases, market needs, competitive offerings, and Teledyne LeCroy advantages
  • Craft compelling product messaging and value propositions for sales and marketing
  • Maintain detailed competitive analysis resources and sales enablement tools
  • Provide technical guidance, demonstrations, and strategic selling support to global sales teams
  • Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and gather feedback for product improvements.
  • Develop launch materials, including pricing recommendations, demos, training content, and competitive positioning assets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to support new product introductions following defined processes.
  • Travel (~20%) both domestically and internationally to customer sites, trade shows, and technical events

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
  • Familiarity with VNAs, TDRs, AWGs, oscilloscopes, and related test and measurement equipment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, sales, and operations
  • Interest in developing product management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with signal integrity or highspeed serial data measurements
  • Programming experience with Python, MATLAB, or Visual Basic
  • Customer-facing or customersupport experience

Salary Range:

$77,900.00-$103,800.000
