We are seeking a Conversational AI Engineer with strong experience in IBM WatsonX Orchestrate or similar platforms (Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai, LivePerson).

Key Requirements:
• 5+ years software delivery experience
• 3+ years chatbot development (IBM WatsonX or similar)
• Strong NLP & intent training experience
• API integrations & backend dev (Java, Node.js, or Python)
JavaScript/TypeScript experience
• CI/CD, Git, unit testing
• Cloud deployment knowledge
• Agile/DevOps experience

Preferred: Watson STT, Discovery, SSML, semantic search integrations.
