Job description

At Lynden Door, we strive to be a relational company delivering world-class quality, value, service, and innovation. We're looking for a Process Analyst who is equal parts analyst, facilitator, and builder - someone who serves others, drives continuous improvement, and thrives as part of a one-team culture.
Role:
The Applications and Process Analyst plays a key role bridging business needs and technical implementation in a manufacturing environment. You'll analyze, map, and optimize end-to-end processes - translating complex requirements into clear technical specifications and working code. If you love collaborating across functions, challenging assumptions, and actually building the solutions you design, this role was made for you.
Hours: Full-time | In-office | Monday to Friday, 8:00- 5:00
Key Responsibilites:
  • Model a culture of humbly serving the needs of others - not as a slogan, but as the daily practice that earns trust across every team you touch.
  • Develop detailed process flow diagrams and documentation for current and future state workflows, using Lean principles to identify waste, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with SMEs across manufacturing, purchasing, scheduling, sales, and accounting to gather functional requirements - facilitating honest conversations that surface assumptions, broaden perspectives, and align teams around shared goals.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications, then execute - designing and developing solutions using Python, web frameworks, and automation tools.
  • Test, deploy, and maintain solutions to sound standards; measure post-implementation performance and identify the next round of improvements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in industrial automation, data analytics, and digital manufacturing to keep Lynden Door ahead of the curve.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. CI certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) are a plus.
  • 3+ years in process analysis or business systems within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong Python development skills and working knowledge of web technologies (Flask, Django, HTML/CSS/JS).
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar) and MS Excel for large dataset work.
  • Experience with SQL and Power BI for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills - equally comfortable with engineers and executives, and skilled at driving clarity through structured analysis.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine commitment to teamwork, cross-cultural respect, and representing the company with integrity.

If you're energized by solving hard operational problems, love the moment when a well-built solution makes someone's workday easier, and want to contribute to a company that genuinely values service and continuous improvement - we'd love to hear from you.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly Wage $25 - 48/Hr DOE
  • Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) with employer contributions $500 - $1,500 annually
  • 401(K) options including profit-share eligibility after 1 calendar year of employment.
  • 8 Paid Holidays
  • 2-4 Weeks Paid Time Off
  • Paid Bereavement Leave
