TheSr Systems EngineerManufacturing based out of CAVA's Verona, VA plant willlead key technicalfunctions for CAVA's Manufacturing Teams focused on the following coreresponsibilities: Hardware and software management of operational technology(OT), facility management, and mobile technology. You will have the opportunityto support our manufacturing capability at all stages, through design,implementation, and continuous improvement. In this role you will ensure propermonitoring and operation of our manufacturing systems to facilitate effectiveand efficient operations. You will leverage feedback and data to deliver a highlevel of performance across critical manufacturing technology functions.

What You'll Do:

Support CAVA manufacturingoperational technology systems:

o Maintain inventory of equipment andsystems.

o Provide field support for any issuesencountered and bring them to a speedy resolution.

o Ensure proper maintenance andpatching are conducted.

o Design, build, and manage OTtechnology systems to ensure a high state of operations and reliability.

o Drive vendor managementaccountability to SLAs and other contractual obligations to ensure the ongoingfunctioning of OT operations.

o Identify opportunities for long termcost optimization.

o Ensure the successful procurement of technicalequipment required to support growth objectives.

o Leverage data to identify problemareas that require remediation.

o Ensure proper security controls arein place for access and communication with OT network.

Support CAVA manufacturing facilitymanagement systems:

o Ensure CAVA facility managementsystems are maintained, monitored, and highly reliable.

o Continually improve facilitymanagement technology systems and coverage.

The Qualifications:
