Job Title: Python Developer (Machine Learning)

Location: Fremont, CA 94538
Work Arrangement: Onsite 5 Days/Week

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with strong Machine Learning expertise to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions supporting enterprise service and customer support applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-grade machine learning models, working with diverse datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems. This role requires a strong software engineering mindset, deep Python expertise, and experience taking ML models from research through production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for service and customer support applications using techniques such as supervised learning, convolutional neural networks (CNNs), and modern ML frameworks.
  • Build scalable AI solutions by leveraging Python, PyTorch, Pandas, and other data science libraries.
  • Collaborate with service operations, customer support, and business stakeholders to identify challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Own the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production machine learning models, including implementing alerting and monitoring systems.
  • Work with structured and unstructured datasets, including text, voice, images, and tabular data, to develop predictive and intelligent applications.
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements into end-to-end machine learning solutions.
  • Develop clean, modular, reusable, and production-ready code following software engineering best practices.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver high-quality AI-powered applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Python programming for high-performance and data-intensive applications.

  • Experience developing and deploying production machine learning systems.
