Job Summary:
IEHP is dedicated to healing and inspiring the human spirit, and they are seeking a Solution Developer II to focus on business process automation and innovation management. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop automation solutions that enhance business processes, ensuring quality and security standards are met.
Responsibilities:
• Work with business stakeholders to scope potential processes for automation and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for solutions that will enhance business processes by incorporating increased automation, integrating quality data, developing analytic capabilities, and utilizing technology to deliver quality outputs in less time.
• Review current state process capture documents and implement process re-engineering to support automation and transform use cases into tangible assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and technology service vendors, business analysts, and technical analysts.
• Review output and follow recommendations to optimizations and improve success rate for both in development and in production automations.
• Develop and document best practices for developing software robots.
Qualifications:
Required:
• A minimum of four (4) years of information systems experience.
• Four (4) years of experience of successful track record with: IT transformation track-record as an RPA/AI/ML developer, solutions developer, or solutions architect; Successful creation and running of an Enterprise Architecture function; Played the role of an evangelist, bringing in thought leadership to the organization; Bringing together stakeholders from different areas of the business to identify potential automation use cases and ensure that everyone's input is heard; Facilitating discussions around potential solutions and help to drive consensus on the best approach; Resolving conflicts to overcome obstacles that may arise during the implementation of automation solutions; Research, designing, implementing, and managing RPA projects; Testing and evaluating new programs; Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications; Writing and implementing efficient code; researching, building, and designing self-running artificial intelligence (AI) systems to automate predictive models; Working on projects using RPA and robotic tools such as Ushur, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or UI Path; Spectrum of offerings across basic RPA to machine learning, cognitive automation, and Quantum Computing capabilities; RPA/automation assessment work to drive key automation outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or relevant technical field from an accredited institution required. In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of an Associate’s Degree and two (2) years of additional relevant work experience is required for this position. This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above.
• Data Engineering, Automation, or other related industry certifications preferred.
• Advanced knowledge and strong understanding of: Working with data automation platforms; Demonstrating ability to work in one or more common programming languages: SAS, SQL, Python, R; Working with predictive and descriptive analytics and working with machine learning; Working with data engineering/data science and other analytics team to establish data sources that serve business needs around analytics & scenario modelling; All information technology security protocols and procedures; Up to date on technology trends, emerging tools, and best practices in the use of analytics and automation for governance, risk, and compliance; Demonstrating proven interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effect change through collaboration; Data & Visualization - Tableau, Power BI; Working understanding of agile and scrum methodologies; In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations; Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence; Neural Networks; Natural Language Processing; Robotic Process Automation; Visual Image Recognition; Autonomous processes; Strong communication skills: oral, written, listening and concept delivery and PoC demonstrations; Data analytics/automation tools: Alteryx, Microsoft Power Query, Microsoft Power Apps; Using and/or working knowledge of big data approaches: PySpark, Apache Spark, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Azure ML, Java; Collaboration software: Teams, Workfront, Asana, Slack, etc.; Comfortable working in a cloud-based tech environment; Strong SQL and frameworks skills.
• Proven ability to: Be a key player with a hands-on approach in a complex fast-paced business environment; Work with a team of professionals from various disciplines; Navigate between projects while maintaining consistency on deliverables and prioritization of tasks; Listen effectively, respond to sensitive inquiries or complaints, cope with an ambiguous or changing environment; Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts; Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications; Integrate software components and third-party programs; Verify and deploy programs and systems; Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software; Gather and evaluate user feedback.
