Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infor M3 ERP / Infor CloudSuite Developer to lead the design, development, integration, and support of business-critical solutions within the Infor M3 ERP and Infor CloudSuite environment. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and IT leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in M3 development, strong experience with Infor Cloud technologies, and the ability to mentor junior developers while driving best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom solutions within Infor M3 and Infor CloudSuite
• Develop and support M3 extensions, APIs, ION integrations, and MEC/BOD-based workflows
• Create and maintain H5 SDK applications, Experience Designer applications, and Infor OS components
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead system upgrades, cloud migrations, and performance optimization initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across cloud and on-prem components
• Ensure solutions adhere to Infor best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on projects
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards
• Coordinate with vendors and Infor support as needed
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience developing within Infor M3 ERP
• Strong experience with Infor CloudSuite, Infor OS, and cloud-based deployments
Proficiency in:
o H5 SDK
o Experience Designer
o ION
o MEC
o BODs and event-driven integrations
o Infor APIs and API Gateway
• Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar)
• Solid understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution)
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience Infor-managed cloud environments
• Experience with Infor OS extensibility, including workflows, document management, and security configuration
• Experience supporting multi-country ERP implementations
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or automation tools
• Infor certification(s) in M3 and/or Infor OS
• Experience leading or architecting large ERP initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project environments
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, or Python
