- One project is aFederal Program to perform stress testing (Due to silicon valley bank companies closing)
- Another project is a federal program that looks at loss over life of a loan
- Team generate all documentation on how stress models are developed
- Deep SQL and Python in data science and machine learning space good in finance
- Pittsburgh and Lake Mary are available office locations
- Team is built in 2020 and growing, about 35 ppl now and hiring more
- Need to know Python well; Pandas and NumPy
- Statistics and Mathematics background is great if they have the addition of Python development/engineering
- Knowing Oracle and BigData is helpful as well
- Overlapping work with development and data science
- 1 day onsite currently though may become more
- Java, Angular, Hadoop, etc. are all plusses
- Years of experience are not really required, more focused on expertise and sharpness of candidate.
