Description: Our client is currently seeking a Back-End Developer - III
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI systems that can reason, plan, and take action to achieve complex goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, a deep understanding of AI principles, and hands-on experience with the tools and frameworks necessary to create intelligent, self-directed agents.
Effective communication skills
Time management skills, with the capability to prioritize and multitask as needed to collaborate and work with multiple team
Partnering with Security, Engineering and Platform/Prod support teams at the appropriate stages in application development to ensure any new systems or projects leverage enterprise Development / DevOps standards
Architect and develop end-to-end agentic systems that can autonomously perform complex tasks.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
6 years of Application Development and Technology Experience
Extensive experience with Python and its ecosystem of AI/ML libraries is required.
5 years of Experience with Java, web development.
1 year of Experience designing and implementing various agent types, including simple reflex agents, goal-based agents, and learning agents.
Agentic Frameworks & Tools (Experience with one or more is preferred):
Orchestration Frameworks: Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel.
Vector Databases: Proficiency in using vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to ground AI models with external data and prevent hallucinations.
APIs and Integrations: The ability to connect AI agents to external APIs, databases, and third-party services to enable them to perform real-world actions. This includes understanding REST APIs and handling webhooks.
Proficient in working in Cloud environments like Google Cloud Platform and oracle cloud.
4 years of Experience with Cloud and DevOps tools (GIT/Stash, Fortify, Jenkins, etc)
DESIRED SKILLS:
Working knowledge Java, Spring based applications.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in Computer science or similar.
