Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Developer with 14+ years of overall IT/software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Python, Agentic AI, LangChain, and LangGraph. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing AI agent-based systems, agentic workflows, and scalable AI/ML solutions using modern agent orchestration frameworks.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a 100% onsite environment in San Jose, CA and must be available for an onsite final interview.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 12+ years of overall IT/software development experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Extensive experience developing Agentic AI / AI Agent systems.
  • Hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, models, and frameworks.
  • Experience with AI agent orchestration and multi-agent architectures.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong software development experience including:
    • Development
