En tant qu"ingénieur en fabrication numérique, le candidat sera chargé de créer, de sélectionner et de déployer des outils numériques MRO dans le but d"améliorer l"efficacité opérationnelle. * Contribuer à la mise en "uvre du plan de projet afin d"atteindre les jalons et les objectifs de livraison finaux, conformément à la charte du projet
* Participer aux analyses des risques avec l"équipe afin d"identifier et d"atténuer les impacts potentiels sur le projet
* Soutenir les projets numériques (logiciels/outils numériques) liés aux processus d"ingénierie tout en coordonnant les activités au sein du département et avec les équipes externes
* Assurer l"optimisation des coûts grâce au contrôle des spécifications techniques
* Contribuer à minimiser le coût de la non-qualité en effectuant des analyses de défaillances et de défauts à l"aide de la méthodologie d"analyse des causes profondes
* Trouver des solutions aux problèmes techniques spécifiques à certains types de moteurs, y compris le traitement en temps opportun des matériaux non conformes au sein du MRB afin de répondre aux attentes des clients
* Mener des enquêtes sur les produits aérospatiaux civils qui ne présentent pas les performances attendues, sans dépasser les limites des moteurs.

As a Digital Manufacturing Engineer, the candidate will create, select, and deploy digital tools MRO with the objective of improving operational efficiency. The candidate should be able to identify areas for improvement, gather requirements for potential solutions, and develop and implement those solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical/Aerospace/ Industrial Engineering, experience in software development, and knowledge of the MRO industry. Additionally, the candidate should be bilingual and possess excellent communication and project management skills.
As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for:
* Support & coordinate tasks within engineering and other stakeholders to execute foundational IT connectivity with the shop floor equipment
* Support project plan to achieve milestones and final delivery targets that is in line with project charter
* Support risk reviews with team to capture and mitigate potential impacts to the project
* Support digital projects (software/ digital tools) linked to engineering processes while coordinating activities within the department & external teams
* Delivering cost optimization through the control of technical specifications.
* Contributing towards minimizing the cost of non-quality through performance of failure and defect analysis using root cause analysis methodology.
* Finding solutions for engine type specific technical problems, including disposition of non-conforming material in MRB in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
* Investigations on Civil Aerospace products that do not demonstrate delivery of the expected performance, without exceeding engine limitations.
* Developing Engine Management Programs and technical specifications, engine fleet type life cycle cost optimization, and engine life development.
Qualifications Preferred:
* Ideally holds a university degree in Mechanical/ Aerospace/ Industrial Engineering with demonstrated full-time experience in coding (Python and other programming languages) as part of work execution
* 1-3 years of relevant work experience
* Experience with Power BI and Power Apps
* Knowledge in digital manufacturing is an asset
* Bilingual: French and English
* Understanding of the MRO industry is an asset
* Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec or at least have CPI status
