JOB DESCRIPTION

The Software Engineer Sr is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable software solutions for Intelligent Automation initiatives leveraging AI technologies. This role focuses on building an Agentic AI Platform for internal enterprise users using Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong full-stack engineering capabilities with modern AI/ML system design experience to deliver intelligent, scalable, and data-aware applications. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, data scientists, business teams, and engineering partners to deliver enterprise-grade AI-powered solutions.
