Job Summary:
NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, seeking a Python Developer to join their team in Irving, Texas. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying Python-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure Python-based applications and systems.
• Lead the development of complex features and modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, other engineering teams) to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and stability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack choices, staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Manage and maintain databases, integrate with third-party APIs, and ensure data integrity and security.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Overall 5+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Python, Python Libraries and Frameworks, FastAPI framework (Like NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy etc.)
• 2+ Years of experience with Python toolkits Alembic, SQLAlchemy
• Hands on with Python test framework - pytest
• Familiarity with Oracle databases
• Build API/Microservices using Python
• Hands-on, application delivery experience
• Graphql integration, Kafka Integration, and knowledge of messaging systems
• Implemented Web socket endpoints to enable Realtime bidirectional communication between client and server
• Cloud exp will be plus
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field
Preferred:
• Module federation package experience in angular
• Experience in MongoDB
