Job Summary – Data Scientist (Philadelphia, PA)
- Location: Philadelphia, PA (Local candidates only)
- Duration: Long-term contract
- Client: UST Global/Comcast
- Rate: Up to $60/hr on C2C
- Visa: No CPT/OPT; all others considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage 6+ years of experience in data analytics, with substantial telecom industry exposure.
- Analyze and manipulate large datasets using advanced SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, etc.).
- Apply AI/ML techniques, including familiarity with frameworks like scikit-learn or TensorFlow, and exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP.
- Create compelling dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI, communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Utilize Databricks (or Spark) for distributed data processing and manage large-scale/big data (e.g., telecom network data, high-volume transactions).
- Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and governance in all analytics projects.
- Align analysis with business strategy, provide actionable insights, and present recommendations to leadership.
