Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support healthcare program operations through advanced data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing managed care, grievance and appeals, service authorization, and contract monitoring data to support organizational objectives and leadership decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with healthcare or government data systems, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct detailed data analysis using trend analysis, outlier identification, and standard data exploration techniques
  • Analyze grievance and appeals data for members and providers
  • Evaluate service authorization and dispute datasets to identify trends, risks, and operational opportunities
  • Perform validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Prepare quarterly and annual analytical reports within established timelines
  • Present findings and recommendations to program staff and leadership teams
Process Improvement & Program Support
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to data management, verification, and maintenance
