We are seeking a HEDIS Data Analyst with experience in healthcare analytics, quality reporting, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will analyze healthcare data, support HEDIS reporting initiatives, validate quality measures, and provide insights to improve healthcare outcomes and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

*Analyze and validate HEDIS data to support quality improvement initiatives.
*Interpret HEDIS technical specifications and NCQA reporting requirements.
*Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
*Perform data analysis, validation, mining, and gap analysis.
*Analyze healthcare quality measures and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
*Collaborate with clinical, quality, and business teams to enhance HEDIS performance.
*Support HEDIS audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance activities.
*Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings.

Required Qualifications

*3+ years of experience in HEDIS reporting, healthcare analytics, or quality data analysis.
*Strong understanding of HEDIS measures and NCQA guidelines.
