We are seeking a Jira Administrator / Developer with strong expertise in Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Product Discovery (JPD), and Assets. In this role, you will support, manage, and advance Atlassian platform portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring the scalability, stability, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Atlassian ecosystem, which is widely used for project management, issue tracking, and product discovery across the organization. The Planning and Integration Team manages productivity suite, including Atlassian applications (Rovo, Jira, JSM, JPD, Assets, Goals), Planview Hub, and other productivity tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configuration, Customization & Strategy
  • Configure and customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, and issue types
  • Optimize Atlassian tools to support enterprise-scale usage
  • Manage Atlassian Marketplace applications (evaluation, security, performance)
  • Provide strategic input on platform improvements and long-term roadmap
  • Support Jira Cloud migration initiatives and troubleshooting efforts
  • User Management & Compliance
  • Manage users, groups, roles, and permission schemes across Atlassian products
  • Ensure proper access control and compliance with audit requirements
  • Integration & Automation (Development)
  • Build integrations between Atlassian tools and external systems using APIs
  • Develop automation rules, workflows, and scripts (Python/Shell preferred)
  • Create custom solutions where out-of-the-box functionality is insufficient
  • System Maintenance & Performance
  • Monitor platform performance and resolve technical issues
  • Identify and address system bottlenecks
  • Continuously improve platform efficiency and reliability
  • Enablement, Documentation & Training
  • Document platform standards, governance, and best practices
  • Conduct training sessions, office hours, and user enablement activities
  • Drive adoption of Atlassian tools across the enterprise
